President, Dewhirst Capital Corporation. Owner and founder of Firm that provides merger, acquisition, divestiture, corporate finance and financial advisory services to middle market companies and private equity groups, as well as selected engagements for publicly traded companies.

Managing Director, Dewhirst Warrick LLC. Co-founder of Firm that provided merger, acquisition, divestiture, corporate finance and financial advisory services to middle market companies and private equity groups, as well as selected engagements for publicly traded companies.

1997 – 2002
President, Dewhirst Capital Corporation. Owner and founder of Firm that provided merger, acquisition, divestiture, corporate finance and financial advisory services to middle market companies. Co-ventured with Warrick Financial Group, Inc. on certain engagements and transactions.

1993 – 1997
President, J. T. R. Capital Corporation. One of two founders/partners of Firm that provided merger, acquisition, divestiture, corporate finance and financial advisory services to middle market companies.

1988 – 1993
Director, Corporate Finance/Investment Banking, Price Waterhouse. Founded and managed the Pittsburgh-based Group that provided merger, acquisition, divestiture, corporate finance and financial advisory services to middle market companies. Became part of the firm’s national Corporate Finance practice that eventually grew to include offices in 10 major cities.

1973 – 1988
Mellon Bank, N.A. Held various progressive positions in middle market corporate lending and credit approval, including Vice President & Manager of the Pittsburgh Office and Senior Credit Officer of the Middle Market Lending Department.
